Written for:  Elizabeth’s Creativity Challenge – Day 31

Word for today:  Breathe

In class of strength
and balance, each exercise
is a lesson in inhaling
and exhaling  at proper
times. At home I listen
to meditation.   Sitting
in my chair, I inhale deeply,
exhale slowly.   Counting
breaths is helpful
in keeping anxiety level
down, heart beat slower.
Remember to let go of all
negative thoughts each time
you exhale.
