Come trip with me, flee,
my undernourished friends.
Now I know you are weary
-teary of being underground–
let me expound. I speak
of a snarkey-barkey place
where no one fits, yet
everyone fits. Split
from this black and white
dungeon, and I will introduce
you to hues you’ve never
dreamed of seeing–peablue,
walrus-white, and ostrange.
Can you imagine? Why, cats
disappear, caterpillars smoke
a substance geared to form
words, and a white rabbit
who looks at a pocket
watch out of habit. Come
trip with me, flee, whilst
you still have the bones
to do it.
Love the conclusion…. fleeing on bones still in existence

Colors one can only dream — “peablue, / walrus-white, and ostrange” — how fitting, how wild. Can we imagine? shall we? Lovely.

Delightful and delicious! I would accept this invitation to dance above/below, especially with a colour like ostrange – brilliant word play! This was such a great way to just romp about 🙂

I would love to come too – I still have the bones!
Love the fast adventurous pace of your words and the clever close.
