Weekly Scribblings #28: Seeing Things
“Today I’d like you to shape your words around the phrase “seeing things.”
What comes to mind when you hear or read that expression?”
Oh no, she’s seeing things again. Well,
who are we to judge? Perhaps
there is a dimension only few
can see. Doesn’t mean it cannot be
true. Pale blue gossamer shapes
appear to her. They do not speak,
only provide her with a deep
sense of harmony and peace. We
could learn a lot from her,
if our minds were not closed
to the mysteries of life.

We all see the world differently don’t we? I am just hoping the future would look a little brighter!

Lovely! And surely ‘a deep sense of harmony and peace’ must be a treasure, however one comes by it.

Thanks, Rosemary! Yes, any way you can get to that lovely place is worth it.

It’s interesting to me that this seems to be outside of her perspective, almost verifying that peace results but dismissing its mechanism. Easier to reject? Something to think about.

The color and material is that of peace. It is something to think about.

Truly there are those among us whose minds are not closed to the mysteries of life. They see “beyond the veil” Some think them odd. I think them blessed.
