Words: flow, fill, flirt, finish, freeze, fish, fibers, fingers, forge, follow, feed, fringe
If you fill yourself up
on frozen fish fingers,
and follow up by flirting
with foods on the fringe–
all processed, no fiber–
you cut yourself off
from the flow of healthier
foods which will give you
the impetus to forge ahead,
not be last at the finish line.

f-f-fantastic, LOL! I think you linked this back to The Sunday Muse though, and you might want to link to the Whirl.

Thanks, q. I have been making mistakes all week, since I got stung by a bee. Any correlation there? I think not.
