The Plan

        send, release, demands, days, force


The Leader's plan
is more of a demand,
forcing them to give
up all reading by
4:00 PM today.  He has
been on edge for days,
skin feeling sensitive
as if tickled with 
a feather.  We need growth–
larger office buildings, 
factories, skyscrapers,
he shouts, not a country 
of intellects.  Release
only those who are willing
to put in manual labor
and stay loyal.

    I like your use of “4” , bravo. Most bosses want more manual labor, as long as that labor is not coming from them. 😀
