Written for: dVerse Poets Pub - Haibun Monday - "Cherry Blossoms" (posted by Frank J. Tassone) The cherry tree buds look promising. Blossoms force their way into the world. They brighten up the day like pink cotton candy. I have walked through a archway of cherry blossoms, and felt them enclosing me in warmth and delight. There is a Chinese Scholar garden near to me, where you can stroll in and out of stone porticos, watching koi, and delighting in the bridge leading to a pagoda ringed by cherry trees. they live their lives bursting in pink petals cherry blossoms, short life https://dversepoets.com/
