Only The Deserving

"Create a piece from POV of a television character."


Have to take notice.
Who will avenge
these senseless,
horrific murders
if not me.  My dark
passenger rides
with me, guides me.
Harry's voice is
always in my head,
'Don't kill innocent
people.'  My last kill–
pictures of his victims
taped up facing him–was
a brutal guy whose prey
was children and teenage
girls.  What a rush
I got after the kill.
I work for the Miami
Police Department.  I am
a blood spatter expert.

    DEXTER!

    LOL, he is a very fascinating character. I really enjoyed the first couple of seasons of the original, but like most people wasn’t a fan of the finale. I haven’t watched any of the new version though.

    At first I thought you were writing about Don Johnson (Sonny Crockett in Miami Vice) this Dexter guy’s life sounds gruesome. LOL

    I’m with Rosemary on this. I don’t know the show and I also didn’t know blood splatter expert was a thing. But that makes sense.
