This past year has left me weary,
life changes so unexpected.
Can't continue being teary.
This past year has left me weary. 
Would welcome a change to cheery.
Wish to become more connected.

I am a freelance poet, born and bred in Brooklyn, New York. I live with my husband, John, and two charming rescue dogs–Marion Miller and Murphy.
