Six Word Poem

Written for: Poetic Asides 2023 April PAD Challenge - Day 21

"Write a 6-words poem. Use at least 3 of the words:"

bow, lean, park, saw, tear, wound

He saw
she was in tears.
She needed her
violin for tonight's
performance of a new
play, 'Wound'. He traced
their stops of the day
back to the park they sat in
for lunch. Leaning against
a worn green bench, was
the missing violin. No
one had taken it.
Triumphantly, he presented
it to her with a bow.
